Recipe Ice cream Vanilla
Ingredient:- Use 500 Ml UHT Milk Full Cream, try to cool it first. If UHT milk is not cold, but the ingredients are still available, freeze it first until it is cool so it is ready to use.
- 1 Tin of Creamer milk, This ingredient is also cooled into the fridge, after cold this milk is ready to be used for the main ingredient of vanilla ice cream
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla to strengthen the taste, Actually, this ingredient can be left because there is already UHT milk and creamer, but maybe you want a new vanilla flavor
- Use 1 SDM SP or food developer that has previously been disbursed through TIM
How to make Ice cream Vanilla:
- Melt SP with the TIM method, you can use any tool to perform this process, which surely SP is not much exposure to water directly. Rice cooker filled with rice. Put SP in it and wait until liquid.
- When the SP has melted, remove from the rice cooker and leave to cool by itself
- Take 1 large container, then proceed with the melted creamer and SP.
- Stir the two ingredients using a mixer until both ingredients are mixed and the dough turns inflated accompanied by the appearance of a white color similar to buttercream
- When mixing the above two ingredients, make sure everything is mixed and try to increase the time so that the result is softer, the longer the stirring process then the better the result. Also, make sure the Mixer uses a gradual speed that starts slowly, then once the material has started to mix, use full speed.
- If the texture of the dough has started to thicken like buttercream, reduce the speed of the mixer, use the lowest speed.
- Add UHT Milk to the dough slowly and make sure it is always stirred using a low-speed mixer.
- When all UHT milk has been inserted, increase the speed of the mixer then stir in the Vanilla ice cream dough until the dough expands and becomes 2 times the previous size.
- If the dough you make has expanded, it means the dough is perfect, then pour it into a container then put it in the freezer, and wait until it freezes. To get the most out of it, wait 12 hours
- After being frozen for 12 hours, vanilla ice cream is ready to eat
Actually Vanilla Ice Cream is suitable to be consumed at any time and even better when used as a topping ingredient for bread and milk coffee. You can consume it in hot or cold weather. I'm sure the kids will love homemade ice cream.
