Recipe Ice cream Chocolate
Ingredients :- Use Whipcream powder with a measure of 200 grams
- Use 400 ml of chocolate UHT milk
Inding first - Use Cocoa powder with a measure of 2 tbsp
- Use Chocolate Paste with a measure of 3 tsp
- Use chocolate sweetened condensed milk with a measure of 3 tbsp
Intruction :
- In a large and clean container, mix the main ingredients namely sweet brown condensed milk, chocolate paste, and powdered chocolate. After that, stir until all the ingredients are mixed and become a very thick form of a paste. Immediately set aside and move on to the next steps
- Take 1 other large container, then mix the chocolate milk that you have previously cooled in the refrigerator. Mix with Whipcream powder. Immediately beat until both ingredients are well mixed, set aside
- When the 2nd dough is ready, mix the first dough into it. Beat again until both batters are mixed into one. Make sure that both doughs are well mixed
- When the dough is ready, immediately move it on an air kebab container. Wait for 5 minutes, and store in the freezer to freeze. It usually takes six hours. To get the most out of it, wait for 1 night.
